Through over ten years of entrepreneurial experience owning his own business, Gevin learned the attention to detail, finesse in negotiation, and prioritization of client needs that will enable your trust in his advocacy for your family. In order to refine an already developed understanding of the economic cycles most relevant to effective strategizing in an ever-changing housing market, Gevin pursued a degree in Business and Economic Development. During his education, his programmatic concentration emphasized large-scale pattern recognition for increased precision in timing of home purchase and sale, leading to maximum return on investment and future economic growth.
