With more than 35 years of experience in sales, business development, and high-level negotiation, Jeff combines corporate expertise with local market insight to deliver measurable results. Before becoming a full-time Realtor, he served as Vice President of Sales for multimillion-dollar technology companies, sharpening the analytical and communication skills that now define his real estate approach.

Working alongside his wife Linda, a respected real estate appraiser for over 30 years, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of home valuation, market trends, and buyer psychology. He also serves as Managing Director of real estate investment partnerships in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, connecting Northwest clients with global opportunities while staying deeply rooted in the Seattle Eastside market.

A longtime Eastside resident of more than three decades, Jeff knows the character and rhythm of each community—from Kirkland’s waterfront and Bellevue’s luxury condos to Redmond’s tech corridor and Woodinville’s wine country. Clients turn to Jeff for his calm leadership, data-driven strategies, and ability to turn complex decisions into confident moves.

Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys fly fishing, time at Black Butte Ranch, live music with his wife Linda, and discovering local restaurants throughout the Pacific Northwest.
