With more than 35 years of experience in sales, business development, and high-level negotiation, Jeff brings a rare combination of corporate discipline and local market insight. Prior to real estate, he served as Vice President of Sales for multimillion-dollar technology companies, developing the analytical and communication skills that now define his advisory approach.

Working alongside his wife Linda, a respected real estate appraiser with more than 30 years of experience, Jeff brings a deep understanding of valuation, pricing psychology, and market dynamics. He also serves as Managing Director of real estate investment partnerships in Cabo San Lucas, connecting Northwest clients with global opportunities while remaining firmly focused on the Eastside market.

A longtime Eastside resident of more than three decades, Jeff understands the character and rhythm of each community—from Kirkland’s waterfront and Bellevue’s luxury condos to Redmond’s tech corridor and Woodinville’s wine country. Clients rely on him for calm leadership, clear communication, and strategies designed to outperform the average agent approach.

Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys fly fishing, time at Black Butte Ranch, live music with his wife Linda, and exploring restaurants across the Pacific Northwest.
