Jeff Harrison is a real estate broker specializing in Seattle’s Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville and Bothell, as well as select Seattle neighborhoods.
Today, Jeff leads The Reese Team at Compass, building on the respected practice established by Eric and Renee Reese. He directs the team’s client representation, listing strategy, marketing and sales, combining its longstanding commitment to personal service with a more analytical approach to pricing, negotiation and modern property marketing.
I don’t sell hope. I sell probability.
Real estate decisions involve more than finding a home or selecting a list price. They require an honest understanding of the market, a clear strategy and disciplined execution.
Jeff helps homeowners and buyers evaluate the factors most likely to affect their outcome, including neighborhood-level demand, competing inventory, property condition, buyer behavior, timing and price positioning. His role is not to tell clients what they want to hear. It is to provide the information and perspective they need to make confident decisions.
Every home requires its own positioning strategy. Jeff develops listing campaigns built around the property, the likely buyer and the realities of the current market. Services include preparation guidance, pricing strategy, property storytelling, professional presentation, digital marketing, video, social media and direct outreach to buyers and brokers.
Higher-value properties require more than attractive photography. Jeff focuses on presentation, buyer psychology, competitive positioning and a clear marketing narrative designed to distinguish the property from other choices in the market.
Jeff uses recent sales, active competition, inventory levels and buyer activity to evaluate pricing and probability of sale. Rather than forcing a predetermined recommendation, he helps sellers understand their options, the tradeoffs involved and the likely market response to each strategy.
Jeff provides focused guidance throughout Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Bothell and surrounding Eastside communities. He also represents clients in select Seattle and greater Puget Sound markets when his experience and approach are the right fit.
Jeff advises relocating professionals, move-up buyers, downsizers and clients navigating competitive or complex purchases. His approach includes property evaluation, neighborhood comparisons, offer strategy, negotiation and a clear assessment of long-term value.
As both a broker and real estate investor, Jeff brings practical experience in acquisition strategy, valuation, market cycles and long-term decision-making. He also serves as Managing Director of real estate investment partnerships in Cabo San Lucas.
Before entering real estate, Jeff spent approximately 30 years in executive sales and business development roles with technology services, software and hardware companies. As a Vice President of Sales, he negotiated complex, high-value agreements and learned how to evaluate risk, communicate clearly and remain composed when significant decisions were on the table.
That experience now shapes his approach to real estate. Jeff combines corporate discipline with local market knowledge, helping clients separate meaningful information from market noise and focus on the decisions that are most likely to affect their results.
Jeff’s wife, Linda Dieffenbach Harrison, is an MAI-designated real estate appraiser and the owner and president of Harrison Appraisal Services, Inc. Her more than 30 years of appraisal experience have contributed to Jeff’s appreciation for valuation, market behavior and the difference between an asking price and supportable market value.
Jeff does not approach pricing as an exercise in optimism. He studies competing inventory, buyer behavior, neighborhood-level trends and the unique characteristics that can make one home more desirable than another.
A 35-year Lake of the Woods resident, Jeff has watched the Eastside grow from a collection of smaller communities into one of the country’s most dynamic residential and technology markets. He understands the distinctions among Kirkland’s waterfront neighborhoods, Bellevue’s urban and luxury markets, Redmond’s technology corridor, Woodinville’s wine country and acreage properties, and the communities connecting them.
Clients rely on Jeff for calm leadership, direct communication and thoughtful guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys fly fishing, time at Black Butte Ranch, live music with Linda and discovering restaurants throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Eric and Renee Reese built The Reese Team through decades of relationships, local experience and trusted client service. As they step back from day-to-day real estate, Jeff is honored to lead the team forward while preserving the values and relationships behind its reputation.
For longtime Reese Team clients, that means continuity and a familiar commitment to personal service. It also means a more modern approach to market analysis, property presentation, digital visibility and strategic decision-making.
If you are considering buying or selling a home on Seattle’s Eastside, Jeff welcomes the opportunity to help you evaluate your options and develop a strategy based on facts, probability and your individual goals.
