Married to Linda, a respected real estate appraiser with 30+ years of experience, Jeff developed an insider’s knowledge of housing markets long before becoming a licensed Realtor. Today, he combines that deep industry perspective with hands-on expertise as a full-service real estate broker and Managing Director of two real estate investment trusts with interests in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

As a longtime Eastside resident of 30+ years, Jeff knows the neighborhoods of Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Woodinville inside and out. He raised three UW Husky graduates here and understands what makes each community unique—from top-rated schools to outdoor lifestyle, thriving local businesses, and vibrant cultural events.
