About Chan Davies

For Chan Davies, there's no understating the value of owning a home. Her parents fled Cambodia when she was a baby and worked multiple jobs until they could finally purchase one in Seattle when she was in the third grade. "That was such a special feeling for me. When I can give someone that same feeling that I had in our first new house, it's spectacular," she says.

As a certified Realtor and Interior Staging and Decorating Professional, Chan is a Broker with The Reese Team and also owns a staging company, modern luxury stage l design. "The service to the client, for me, has always been the most important thing," Chan says. That includes: 

• Performing a competitive market analysis for both sellers and buyers

• Advising on the most profitable resale upgrades 

• Staging the home to generate the most interest 

• Contract negotiation

• Arranging financing 

• Overseeing inspections 

• Post-sale follow-up

Chan currently lives in Bothell with her two sons Damien 8, Kaiden 4.
